At any given time 10% of our hair is in what is called a "resting phase" and after 2- 3 months resting, hair falls out and new hair grows in its place. Some people, however, experience more hair loss than is normal.
As we get older, both men and women experience some hair loss. It's a normal part of the aging process. Called Androgenetic Alopecia, it accounts for 95% of all hair loss. Androgentic Alopecia often runs in families and affects some people more than others. In men it is often referred to as Male Pattern Baldness. It is characterized by a receding hair line and baldness on the top of head. Women, on the other hand, don't go entirely bald even if their hair loss is severe. Instead, hair loss is spread out evenly over their entire scalp.
Hormones play the dominant role when talking about Androgenetic Alopecia. Simple put, both men and women produce testosterone. Testosterone can be converted to dihydrotestosterone ( DHT) with the aid of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase. DHT shrinks hair follicles causing the membranes in the scalp to thicken, become inelastic and restrict blood flow. This causes the hair follicles to atrophy. As a result, when a hair does fall out, it is not replaced.

It has often been said that the teenage years are the "best years of your life". However, anyone who says that does not remember what it is like being a teenager. Between school, life, parents, friends, and the fact that all of them want all of your time, there is no way to get away from the petty concerns and strains that can lead to serious stress. However, nobody seems willing to give up any of the time they demand from you, so you find yourself torn in a thousand different directions with nowhere to turn to for help. Fortunately, you do not need to deal with stress all on your own. Rather, you can find plenty of help, just as long as you look for it. Unfortunately, teenagers rarely look for help and many of the assets available to them are simply ignored. Thus, your teen stress keeps getting worse.
The first place to look for relief from teen stress is at school. There is a certain class of people who desperately want to help teens get through their problems and find solutions, but they usually sit in their offices waiting in vain for someone to talk to them. These people are guidance counselors and they are there to help you. However, it is very rare for someone to avail themselves of this prime opportunity for assistance, so actually sitting down with somebody is a treat for them and they will do all they can to help. True, most people think that guidance counselors are really just lost souls who can't seem to get out of school, but that is not the case. Guidance counselors decided on their career because they want to help others. Which means that they want to help you.

So if you really need to get some sort of advice or help, sit down and talk to your parents. Not only will you get some sort of help, but you will also make their day. After all, how many parents get the chance to really connect with their teenage children?
Teen stress is one of the hardest things to get through, but you can rest assured that it has been done. Billions of people in the world have all had to go through the travails of the teenage years and they have through to the other side. So prepare yourself, get help when you need it, and look for help when you can. By relying on people who have "been there, done that" you can see your way clear to the other side. Then, you can safely look back on your teen stress and say stupid things like, "the teenage years are the best years of your life!"

It is not related to glyconutrition.

4. What percentage of people living in North America are likely to contract a chronic disease of one kind or another? Answer: According to the World Health Organization, 100% of all people in North America will contract a chronic disease unless they change their dietary habits and exposure to oxidation stress.
5. What is oxidation stress and how does it relate to ALL chronic diseases? Answer: Oxidation stress occurs when the body succumbs to toxins and other environmental stresses and the body can no longer ward off the free radical burden mounting within it. This is a prime cause of all chronic disease, though such factors as glyconutrition deficiency and genetic predisposition of the body towards certain weaknesses play an important part also. Genetic predisposition to chronic disease is especially implicated because our genetic make-up comes with inherited weaknesses, weakness(es) which may show up as vulnerabilities to toxic stresses first. From there chronic disease begins to develop (especially for lack of glyconutrition).
6. Why is glyconutrition important to my health? Answer: Glyconutrition (or glycomics) is the scientific study of those 8 essential sugars. Without them, all of us will contract a chronic disease of some kind, since the lack of glyconutrition (one or more sugar) is ALWAYS missing in EVERY chronic and autoimmune disease. There is no exception to that fact.
7. Why is a lack of glyconutrition a problem in the study of chronic disease? Answer: Glyconutrition is established by four Nobel Prizes in the field as the way in which the cells of your body communicate so as to be "fed", be rid of toxins, and be defended by the immune system. Glyconutrition is also the means by which the immune system communicates with the cells and by which the immune system recognizes healthy body cells.
8. What happens in autoimmune diseases? Answer: Scientists have found that glyconutrition is responsible for "fixing" autoimmune functions so that cell communication is healthier as the glyconutrition is added to the diet. If the cells' communication is intact, the immune system then "recognizes" the good tissues and properly identifies dying cells, tumors and the like.

12. But, can't our bodies make glyconutrition if there is even only one such glyconutritional sugar present? Answer: Yes. But, that is an emergency measure by the body entailing the creation of each glyconutrional sugar one by one, each needing 37 different enzymatic reactions in their proper order to create each sugar. That entails a great deal of bodily energy and cannot be sustained over lengthy periods of time. This is the reason we get sick for lack of glyconutrition in our diets.

The foods that contains sulfur are; eggs, onions, beans, legumes, and garlic. Sulfur can be bought and taken in tablet form also. The amino acid that provides sulfur is cysteine. Check with your doctor before taking any supplements.
Fiber can also help to leech the arsenic from your system by attaching to it and washing it out. Include a lot of fiber in your diet by eating whole grains and cereals, fruits and vegetables.
If someone accidentally ingests arsenic administer 5 charcoal tablets immediately. Take 5 more charcoal tablets 15 minutes later and again every fifteen minutes. Go immediately to an emergency room. Charcoal tablets should be a part of every medicine cabinet for any type of poisoning.
